NALL Board of Directors Meeting - October 9, 2024

The Board of Directors of North Arlington Little League (NALL) is comprised of dedicated league members who volunteer their time and expertise to serve the community.

Each year, the board consists of between 12 and 24 members, each serving a one-year term. The board convenes monthly in person to discuss the league's affairs and to plan and strategize for the long-term success of NALL. Any league member aged 18 or over in good standing is eligible to run for election to a board position, with elections for new board members held in July. Additionally, any league member in good standing can request to be considered for a board position if one becomes available during the year.

Within the board, there are seven officer roles: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, League Player Agent, Safety Officer, and Coaching Coordinator. The executive board team, consisting of the President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary, is nominated and elected annually by the board members in August. This structure ensures effective leadership and governance, contributing to the positive impact NALL has on youth and the community.

League members who are not part of the Board of Directors are welcome to attend monthly board meetings as observers. However, they are not permitted to vote on any matters or introduce new topics for discussion unless a formal request is submitted and approved at least two weeks prior to the scheduled meeting.
